Questions about delivery times
Delivery times depend on the shipping and payment selected, as well as the country of delivery. Detailed information is in Transport and delivery times.
From the time that the purchase is recorded until the delivery of the order, it is possible to check in real time where the order is. Our system automatically sends an email with the order number, and a rear, with tracking number to track the order when it leaves our warehouse.
Orders shipped by REGULAR MAIL don't come with delivery insurance coverage and aren't assigned any tracking number, so we cannot ensure the success of the delivery. However, you'll receive an email as soon as it leaves our premises.
Questions about credit card payments
Credit card payments are 100% safe. Our site has a Security Certificate and is protected with SSL. The payment record pages are encrypted, ensuring total security.

Questions about a possible delay in delivery
If your order is behind schedule in relation to the originally foreseen deadlines, you can follow it online with the tracking number.
- Tracking of orders sent by registered mail:
Go to their website and enter the tracking number, or visit the Post Office that is the nearest to the delivery address using and ask for information using the tracking number. - Tracking of orders sent by courier:
Enter the website of the courier and enter the tracking number, or contact directly by phone with the nearest office to address information by PART tracking number.
If you do not get a satisfactory response from the carrier, email us at info@humboldtseeds.net with the order number and tracking.
Questions about legislation to purchase seeds
Buying seeds is legal in Spain, Ireland, England, Scotland, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Russia, Italy, Canada, Japan, etc.
In Spain, possession of hemp seeds is not a criminal offense (Vienna Convention 1961).
The cultivation of cannabis can be of administrative and penal sanctions (Article 25.1 of the Organic Law of Protection of Public Safety, Article 368 of the Criminal Code). The laws vary by country, so you should be informed of the local laws before buying. It is illegal to germinate, in any country. Humboldtseeds.net sells seeds on the condition they are not put to germinate.
Questions about seed germination
Until laws do not legalize the cultivation of cannabis for personal use, germination will not be legal.
Humboldtseeds.net provides its seeds on the condition that they are not used by third parties against the law. Humboldt does not propose to induce anyone to act against the law. With this, we note explicitly that anyone buying our seeds are responsible for their future actions.
In Humboldt, we believe that there may be future legal changes. Only in this case, you can germinate your cannabis seeds legally.
