The import, possession and trafficking in hemp seed are exempt from the regulation of the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs in Vienna in 1961, which expressly excludes the seeds of the cannabis plant of narcotic substances list under international control.

In many countries, such as Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, Chile, Colombia and Canada, trade in hemp seeds does not require permission.

Humboldtseeds.net sells hemp seeds and other trade items that are absolutely legal in Spain, but always under the condition that the customers will not use these for other purposes as allowed by law. Humboldtseeds.net do not want to induce anyone to act against the law. We expressly point out that anyone who buys seeds in Humboldt is responsible for their own actions in the future. We accept no responsibility with regard to this point.

Humboldtseeds.net has never authorized nor authorizes others to distribute seeds in countries where trade in seeds of hemp/cannabis is illegal, so we reject any responsibility.
