There are very few people that do not like pizza, all the others adore it! It is simple, it is tasty and goes well at any time during the day. What would be better than a pizza? A weed pizza! Two of our favorite things merged in one delicious and mind-blowing dish. Here we explain to you how to cook a perfect cannabis pizza.
You can have any toppings you like. What about adding a bit of excitement? Add a new topping that you will not find in the pizzeria, garnish it with your favorite bud. Yes, you can put some delicious bud on top of your home-made pizza for a really mellow meal. Here you have a simple recipe to make the pizza base. Then, you can add anything you like for toppings.
Ingredients for four 10" weed pizzas
- 600 g of strong flour. Bread flour is perfect.
- 400 cc of water
- 25 g of fresh yeast
- 10 g salt
- 1 spoon of olive oil
Ingredients for the tomato sauce
- 1 tin of peeled plum tomatoes
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt

To make the dough for the weed pizza
To make the tomato sauce. Pour the plum tomatoes in a container, add salt and olive oil and mix for 30 seconds until you have a smooth sauce. Put the yeast in 100 cc of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar in a container that can be closed. Leave it for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, put the flour and 300 cc of water and salt and run the mixing machine for 5 minutes. Once the yeast is ready, pour the content into a bowl and run the machine for another 10 minutes. If you see it is too wet, add some flour, a spoon at the time. If it is too dry, add water, a spoon at the time, as well. Take it out and carry on by hand until smooth. Grab a plastic container with a cover which is big enough to insert the dough and still has room to rise. Remember it rises 2 or 3 times its original size. Pour the olive oil and rub the dough with it. Inside the container, with a cover on it, leave to rest in the oven with the light on, or in a warm place, for 2 hours or more. Have a lightly floured surface and put the dough onto it. Knead by hand for another 5 minutes and divide it into 4 balls of 200 g each. Cover with cling film, previously sprayed with some olive oil on the surface of the film to contact the dough. Let it rise again for another hour.
When they almost have doubled their size, pour some flour on the table, place the ball on it, flat it by hand and work around with your hands to get the size of the pizza. Finally, place it on a tray previously sprayed with olive oil. Pour the tomato sauce and spread it all over the pizza. Add our favorite ingredient; the quantity is in your judgment, really. We would grind up one g of mango sapphire, but it's up to you how much you want to use to get high, and also the type of buds you are using.
Spread it evenly all over the pizza Add the ingredients you like. In this case, being a Margherita, only cheese and tomato. Spread the cheese evenly on the pizza. Preheat the oven to max temperature. After 15 minutes, you have some yummy mellow pizza for you and your friends. If you can't be bothered with all these and do not care to eat a proper weed pizza, you can always buy a frozen pizza, add your buds to it, put some more cheese on top and put it in the oven for the recommended time on the box :)
